Responsibilities:
•Plan and implement marketing and promotions campaigns, such as admissions talks, advertising, direct mailing, exhibitions, online campaigns, public relations events, etc, and evaluate campaign effectiveness;
•Prepare annual marketing & admissions budgets;
•Oversee the school’s admissions function, including presentations to potential parents, daily enquiry handling, conducting school tours, etc.;
•Develop relationships with partners in the community to build up the school’s awareness and goodwill;
•Develop relationships with the media and maximize the school’s coverage in the press and other channels;
•Oversee design and production of marketing collaterals, such as brochures and leaflets;
•Oversee the development of the school’s website for marketing purposes;
•Conduct market surveys and monitor market situations; produce market reports to the management regularly;
•Identify and reach out to new market segments; Try out creative and new ways of marketing;
•Work closely with the Principal, teaching staff, Local Regional Offices and other teams in the Foundation to achieve goals.
Requirements:
-A university degree preferably in Marketing or Business Management; Experience in studying abroad is preferred;
-Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience;
-Be creative and proactive; enjoy challenges, willing to generate new ideas and present them to management and team members;
-Prior experience or good knowledge in international education and / or school management and administration will be a definite advantage;
-Excellent command of both oral and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
-possess strong interpersonal skills and able to work with people from different nationalities and background;
-Irregular working hours and frequent traveling will be required.
